Often there are a lot of issues and matters in MMU that students are unaware of. The main reason is because there is no middleware between the students and MMU! So, how do students post their disatisfaction? By forwarding messages all around thru Instant Messaging softwares. This is useless ! not all of the students will get all these crucial information, and it will never reach the management. This blog serves the purpose to be a gag-free media to ....

Are they listening to us?

They say they want to affirm students right, ours rights. But do they? Everytime we gave bad comments "they are useless", "they never do anything", "they're there just to make the seat hot" .... and they defended themselves saying " It is because students never send their complaints to us, we do not know about the issue, else we would try our best to solve it" Yes you are right, it's the Student Representative Council of Cyberjaya Campus session 05/06. * their face r there to decorate the poster? *

We received quite some complaints on SRCyber saying they are not replying to students' emails (complaints). Do they really check their email? Do they ever get our complaints? Perhaps they received the complaints and in process of solving the issue, but they can at least acknowledge the sender right? My partner emailed srcyber@mmu.edu.my on Tue May 16, 2006 and we received no respond for 1 WHOLE MONTH. Nevermind, we give them another chance coz we're nice ;) i sent another email on Wed Jun 21, 2006 The title of the mail is -> [THIS IS A SPOTCHECK] <-. below is the content of both mails.

Hey, whatever the case is, when they see such subject header for a mail , surely they will open it and respond to us A.S.A.P right? Unless they don't need reputation. Until now (JuLY) we still dont receive any respond from SRCyber. To those who emailed me, yes you are right SRCyber never check their mail inbox. So, how do we complain to them? just go knock on their office door at STAD la.. if you're lazy, just email to mmuxpose@yahoo.com and WE shall post the problem here :P

To SRCyber, if you deny the content of this blog, just show us the screenshots of your mailbox with all those unread complaints and evidence that you've replied us. *sigh* we're dissapointed on you. at least src 04/05 check their mailbox everyday coz whenever i emailed them, i will get reply straightaway. *cheers*

updates* : The information & promotion is in charge of both emails srcyber@mmu.edu.my and bulletin@mmu.edu.my . Wah they got check the latter mail inbox or not.. hmmm if 04/05 can, why 05/06 can not?
